Die größten Kritikpunkte am Vorgänger von Rocksmith 2014 waren das unübersichtliche Nutzeroberfläche und die teils sehr langen Ladezeiten. Hier kann allerdings Entwarnung gegeben werden. Der Look des Spiels wurde komplett generalüberholt und kommt jetzt äußerst frisch und schick daher und auch die Menü-Führung ist wesentlich übersichtlicher als bisher. So ist das biedere Schwarz des Vorgängers nun angenehm hellen und stilvollen Hintergründen gewichen und auch die Darstellung des Griffbretts ist jetzt wesentlich übersichtlicher. Auch die Ladezeiten sind völlig im Rahmen und es muss nie besonders lange gewartete werden, um einen Song zu starten oder in bestimmte Menüs zu gelangen.
