Ihr fragt euch jetzt sicher, ob es doch etwas gibt, das Band Hero von Guitar Hero 5 unterscheidet. In der Tat, ein paar kleine Unterschiede gibt es. Zum Beispiel die Musikauswahl.
Während die vergangenen Guitar Hero-Spiele eher auf Rock, Hard Rock und Heavy Metal setzten, dominiert bei Band Hero der Pop. Vorgetragen werden die populären Lieder von Bands und Künstlern wie Maroon 5, Robbie Williams und den Village People. Zwar finden sich unter den 65 Songs auch rockige Titel, diese sind aber klar in der Unterzahl. Da es bei Pop-Songs meistens keine Soli gibt, wurde dieses liebgewonnene Element bei Band Hero leider stark beschnitten. Als Ausgleich dürft ihr aber beispielsweise Piano-Stücke auf der Gitarre nachspielen.
Das waren schon die größten Unterschiede. Die minimalen Veränderungen in Sachen Grafik und Design sind nicht der Rede wert.
