Publisher Electronic Arts lässt uns ab dem 13. November in eine parallele Welt reisen in der die Sowjetunion eines der vorherrschenden Länder ist. Dem Spieler ist es dabei selbst überlassen welche Nation er unterstützen möchte. Dabei können sowohl Gebäude und Einheiten für den Bodeneinsatz gebaut werden als auch für das nasse Element.
