Vom 16.-18. Februar fand der D.I.C.E. (Design, Innovate, Communicate, Entertain) Summit in Las Vegas statt, welche besonders durch die Awards jährlich an Popularität gewinnt. Neben dem Titel für das Spiel des Jahres werden verschiedenste Preise für die unterschiedlichsten Kategorien vergeben, die insbesondere herausragende Leistungen ehren sollen.

Bei der diesjährigen Preisverleihung hat sich Fallout 4 den begehrten Titel "Game of the Year" sichern können, doch auch Spiele wie The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Rocket League, Star Wars Battlefront, Riose of The Tomb Raider oder Forza Motorsport 6 wurden ausgezeichnet.
