Doom: Umfangreiches Update für Doom bringt zahlreiche Gratis-Inhalte und neues Level-Cap

Bethesda Softworks und id Software gegen bekannt, das ab sofort eine neue Aktualisierung für Doom bereit steht. Das Update fällt ziemlich umfangreich aus und liefert frische Gratis-Inhalte, eine Anpassung des Level-Caps und mehr.



Zu den Hauptfeatures zählt der neue Spielmodus "Infernal Run", in dem Teams versuchen müssen, mittels eines Balls punkte zu erzielen, ein Deathmatch-Modus der ebenfalls in der Team-Variante verfügbar ist und der auf den Originalkarten spielbar ist, sowie eine Anhebung des Level-Cap im Multiplayer auf Echelon 11 und Level 50. Zahlreiche Fehlerbehebungen sind auch mit an Bord.

Multiplayer

  • Added new game mode, Infernal Run
    Teams fight to obtain the ball and score in the opponent’s goal
  • Added Bots for multiplayer
    Bots are available on original multiplayer maps in Team Deathmatch and Deathmatch game modes
  • Increased the maximum level cap to Echelon 11, level 50
    Added the DOOM Marine Armor (Praetor Suit) as unlockable perk for achieving maximum multiplayer level cap
  • Resolved an issue where rapid controller input caused unusually high shotgun damage.
